BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 14. The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund is investing in bonds of Kyrgyz corporate issuers, Trend reports with the reference to the press service of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
The volume of the investment portfolio will be $5 million, which at the first stage of implementation will cover the beneficiary companies of the RKDF that are ready to enter Kyrgyzstan's stock exchange.
"The company must meet the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange's listing standards, which include being audited and making public information about its operational activities," the Board Member of RKDF Bakyt Kurmanbekov said.
Remarkably, the RKDF is one of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange shareholders. A number of mutually beneficial agreements have been made between the parties in order to strengthen business relationships between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
