An opening ceremony was held in Istanbul for the new administrative building of the Kars Education and Culture Foundation.
The event was attended by First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora of Azerbaijan Valeh Hajiyev, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Türkiye Rashad Mammadov, Chairman of the Federation of Türkiye-Azerbaijan Associations Adalat Turan, advisor Parviz Mammadzade, regional representatives of the Justice and Development Party, as well as members of the diaspora and the public.
Speaking at the ceremony, Valeh Hajiyev highlighted the historical ties and close relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, noting that despite global challenges, both countries continue to maintain stability and development, thanks to the policies of Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Ambassador Rashad Mammadov emphasized that such initiatives contribute to the strengthening of Azerbaijan–Türkiye relations and will lead to further progress, expressing confidence that the foundation will positively impact cooperation in science and culture.
The foundation’s head Kamil Salduz and other speakers underlined the brotherly relations between the two countries and discussed ongoing and future steps to further enhance cooperation, expressing hope that the foundation will benefit both nations.
Following the ceremony, participants ознакомились with the facilities established at the foundation.
