Bishkek hosts 'Pomegranate Garden' art exhibition

The opening ceremony of "Pomegranate Garden," a solo exhibition by Azerbaijani-born artist Alexander Dilbazi, was held at the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.

The event was attended by prominent figures from the cultural and artistic community, members of the diplomatic corps, artists, and residents of Bishkek. Visitors toured the exhibition and praised the artist's distinctive creative style and works inspired by Azerbaijan's rich cultural heritage.

The exhibition features dozens of paintings centered on the pomegranate, a recurring motif in Dilbazi's work. In his art, the pomegranate symbolizes abundance, life, unity, and spiritual richness.

"Pomegranate Garden" will remain open for the next several weeks, giving both residents of Bishkek and visitors to the city the opportunity to explore the artist's works.

Alexander Dilbazi is a representative of the renowned Dilbazi family and currently resides in the Sultanate of Oman.
