Participants also emphasized the historical significance of the First Baku Turkological Congress, held in 1926, which was one of the most important events in the history of research into Turkic languages, writing systems, and culture. The activities of the Birlik Public Association in preserving the Azerbaijani language and cultural heritage in Kyrgyzstan and developing ties between the two countries were also highlighted.

The conference was described as contributing to stronger humanitarian cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as closer ties among Turkic peoples.
