Marneuli residents receive free legal consultations

A free legal aid campaign was held at the "Azerbaijan House" operating in the city of Marneuli with the support of Azerbaijan's State Committee on Work with Diaspora. The main objective of the initiative was to improve legal awareness among compatriots living in Georgia, provide prompt assistance in resolving the legal issues they face, and increase access to legal services.

Legal consultations were provided by well-known lawyers Eda Gocayeva and Lena Gocayeva.

Nearly 50 residents of Marneuli who had registered in advance attended the consultations. Their inquiries mainly concerned legal services available through the Justice House, family and domestic relations, property and land issues, migration, court proceedings, and other legal matters.

During the consultations, each participant was heard individually, their legal concerns were examined, and advice was provided in accordance with the current legislation.

The lawyers emphasized that such meetings play an important role in raising legal awareness. They noted that citizens' understanding of their rights, knowledge of legal requirements, and timely access to professional legal support contribute significantly to the development of a stronger legal culture in society.

Participants expressed their gratitude for the attention and support provided, stressing the importance of organizing such legal consultation days on a regular basis and continuing legal awareness initiatives.

The organizers noted that projects of this kind contribute to protecting the rights of Azerbaijanis living abroad, strengthening their ties with state institutions, and expanding their access to legal services.
