An event was organized in Eskişehir on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the birth of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev.
The event, organized by the Eskişehir Azerbaijanis Association, was attended by diaspora representatives, students, and other compatriots.
The event began with a respectful commemoration of the National Leader’s memory. A documentary film titled “Heydar Aliyev Beyond Time,” dedicated to Heydar Aliyev, was screened. The film highlighted the National Leader’s remarkable life journey and his historic contributions to the establishment and development of the independent Azerbaijani state.
The documentary also emphasized Heydar Aliyev’s vision of statehood, the idea of national unity, the ideology of Azerbaijanism, and the values he left as a legacy for future generations.
During the event, the head of the association’s Youth Union, Alirza Alirzayev, and other speakers noted that the National Leader’s political course is still being successfully continued today and that his unparalleled services to the Azerbaijani people are always remembered with deep respect.
