The “My Way” Children and Youth Creative Development Center, based in New York City, USA, participated in the International Children’s Festival held in the state of New Jersey. The event, organized by the Turkish-American Associations Federation (TADF), introduced the cultures of various countries.
The dance group of the “My Way” Children and Youth Creative Development Center performed Azerbaijani national dances to the sounds of Azerbaijani folk music. In particular, the “Yalli,” considered a jewel of Azerbaijani culture, was met with great interest and applause. The performances of the young compatriots created unforgettable moments for the participants and demonstrated how deep and strong our shared cultural roots and national-spiritual values are.
It should be noted that the “My Way” Children and Youth Creative Development Center, led by Alyona Badalova, carries out work in the United States aimed at promoting Azerbaijani culture and introducing our national heritage on the international stage.
