Over the past year, 6 million 296 thousand 58 pieces of various gadgets and component communication devices were imported to Kyrgyzstan. Such data are provided in the bulletin of the National Statistical Committee on mutual and foreign trade for 12 months of 2022.
Their total cost exceeded $257.9 million. About 95% of this volume came from China - more than 5.9 million pieces. Vietnam ranks second in terms of deliveries of communication equipment and parts to Kyrgyzstan (127,378 pieces) and India ranks third (124,597 pieces).
Over the past year, 49 thousand gadgets were imported from Russia and 43.9 thousand from the Republic of Korea. 25 thousand 624 devices were delivered from Kazakhstan to local markets. A total of 2,873 communication devices were delivered to Kyrgyzstan from American manufacturers.
The rest was imported from different countries in different quantities. The volume of imports of this category of goods increased by 2.4 times compared to 2021.
