The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has signed a Decree on awarding a group of individuals for their services in the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
According to the Decree, Cahangir Mutallib Novruzov has been awarded the “Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” Masud Rustam Aşina has been awarded the “Shohrat” Order, Ziya Zakir Musa Acar has been awarded the “Dostluq” Order, and Akif Gadir Alaferdov, Khalil Alimammad Kalantar, Sevinc Karim Kerimova, Farida Farhad Panahova, Bakhtiyar Tahir Sirajov, and Khadija Abdulrahim Zeynalova have been awarded the “Tərəqqi” Medal.
They have been granted these high state awards for their services in strengthening friendship among peoples and in the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
