An episode of the “Good Morning” program on Nile TV was dedicated to Azerbaijan.
During the broadcast, extensive information was presented about the friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Egypt, as well as Azerbaijan’s rich culture, national values, and traditions.
The guests of the program were Sadaqat Samedova, founder and head of the “Discover Azerbaijan” project, and Sabina Samedova, coordinator for Egypt of the Coordination Council of Azerbaijanis in Arab Countries.
Sadaqat Samedova spoke about the strong friendship between Azerbaijan and Egypt rooted in history and shared information about Baku, other regions of Azerbaijan, and well-known Egyptian personalities of Azerbaijani origin.
Sabina Samedova spoke about Azerbaijan’s national costumes and the Khari Bulbul symbol of Karabakh worn by her child Adam Havva. Speaking about the “Discover Azerbaijan” project, she invited Egyptian viewers to participate in the sixth season of the competition.
The program also presented information about Nowruz traditions and how the holy month of Ramadan is observed in Azerbaijan. In addition, Azerbaijani national cuisine was introduced, accompanied by relevant visuals.
At the end of the program, the guests congratulated all Muslims on the occasion of Ramadan and invited the Egyptian public to “discover Azerbaijan.”
For reference, the “Discover Azerbaijan” project has been operating since 2020. Each year, a gala concert is organized at the end of the competition held within the project, and a special book is also published as part of the initiative.
