Entrepreneurs from Turkey purchase calcined petroleum coke on Turkmen Commodity Exchange

BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 2. Turkish entrepreneurs acquired calcined petroleum coke during trading on June 1 at the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan, Trend reports citing Orient news.

Entrepreneurs from Turkey purchased 1,500 tons of calcined petroleum coke on the exchange at a price of $828 per ton. The total amount of the transaction was $1.2 million.

According to the exchange, on May 14, businessmen from Turkey also purchased hydrotreated diesel fuel in the amount of $5.2 million.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important body of state regulation of export-import operations.
