BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 15. A grant agreement was signed between the National Bank of Tajikistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Trend reports citing the National Bank of Tajikistan.
On December 14, 2022, a grant agreement between the National Bank of Tajikistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the project “Support for the membership of the National Bank of Tajikistan in the alliance for financial inclusion” was signed.
"The signing of this agreement will contribute to greater financial inclusion and ensuring gender equality in accordance with the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion of Tajikistan for 2022-2026," the National Bank of Tajikistan underlined.
In addition, within the framework of this program, it is planned to carry out a number of activities aimed at implementing the financial inclusion policy, which in turn will contribute to the implementation of the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion.
