BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 14. The volume of cargo transported through Iranian airports increased by 66 percent, during the first two months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through May 21, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
In total, more than 55,500 tons of cargo were transported through Iranian airports during 2 months, according to the statistics.
Meanwhile, in the same period of last Iranian year, the figure stood at over 33,400 tons.
