BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 13. Dutch ING bank has predicted that Kazakhstan's GDP is to expand in the next four years, with 2.8 percent growth expected in 2022, and a strong 3.8 percent result in 2023, Trendreports citing ING.
The bank expects this trend to continue in 2024 and 2025, with GDP expansion being projected to reach 3.5 percent and 3.0 percent respectively.
Consequently, according to the ING estimates, the average annual GDP growth of Kazakhstan is expected to reach 3.2 percent.
Kazakhstan’s GDP growth in 2023 and 2024 is expected to be higher than a global expectation for the same period. For reference, the global economy is projected to increase by 1.8 percent and 2.9 percent in the following two years.
