BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 11. Kazakhstan will be extracting 1.97 million barrels a day of oil and other liquids in 4Q2022 as compared to 1.88 million barrels a day of oil and other liquids forecast in the previous report, Trend reports with reference to the Short-Term Energy Outlook (STEO) of the US Energy Information Administration (EIA).
The report said that extraction in 1Q2022 amounted to 2.01 million barrels a day, to 1.78 million in 2Q2022 and to 1.62 million in 3Q2022.
Furthermore, the EIA forecasts that Kazakhstan’s liquids output will equal 1.84 million barrels a day in 2022 (1.84 million barrels a day in the previous report).
The annual 2023 liquids production in Kazakhstan is also forecast to be at 1.98 million barrels a day, the report said (1.94 million barrels a day in the previous report)
