BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 19. Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan has announced an agreement with the International Bank of Tajikistan on the sale of 100 percent of shares of its subsidiary in Tajikistan, Trend reports citing the press service of the Halyk Bank of Tajikistan
As reported, the International Bank of Tajikistan has received all necessary regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to close in December 2022.
Upon completion of all procedures, the bank will continue to operate and serve customers, as usual, providing all types of banking services in accordance with the terms of previously concluded agreements.
The International Bank of Tajikistan has a wide network of 9 branches and 12 banking service centers throughout the country, offering a wide range of modern banking products and services to individuals and legal entities.
