BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 1. Turkmenistan significantly decreased the import of aviation fuel from Türkiye in June 2022, Trend reports via Türkiye's Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK).
Turkmenistan decreased the import of aviation fuel from Türkiye in June this year by almost 3 times compared to the same month in 2021 (36.9 tons) - up to 12.9 tons.
According to EPDK, Türkiye exported more than 135.5 tons of aviation fuel to Turkmenistan from January through June 2022, which is 2.4 times more than in the same period last year (55.6 tons).
Turkmenistan's imports of Turkish aviation fuel in June 2022 decreased by 37.9 percent compared to May (20.8 tons).
