BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 12. International Monetary Fund (IMF) has published a forecast for Georgia's GDP growth for 2022-2023, Trend reports citing IMF's World Economic Outlook.
According to the IMF's projections, Georgia’s GDP growth is estimated to be 9 percent in 2022.
However, the growth of Georgia’s GDP is projected the level 4 percent in the next year.
The IMF forecasts consumer price inflation in Georgia at 11.6 percent in 2022 and 6 percent the following year.
Meanwhile, according to IMF projections, the unemployment rate in Georgia will be 18.7 percent in 2022 and 19.5 percent in 2023.
