BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 4. Uzbekistan plans to launch production of batteries for small-sized electric vehicles,Trend reports via Uzbek Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade.
This was discussed during a trilateral meeting between the leadership of the regional division of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, Uzbekistan’s Real Moto LLC and the South Korean AIMS Co. Ltd. company, which considered the prospects for establishing cooperation and implementing joint projects.
As a result of the meeting, a tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in the framework of the implementation of projects for the production of batteries for electric scooters, electric mopeds and electric motorcycles in the country’s Bukhara region.
