BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 27. Kuwait Investment Co. is eager to strengthen partnership with Uzbekistan, Trend reports.
The corresponding agreement was reached at the meeting between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bahromjon Aloev and Yusuf Muhammad al-Ali, President of Kuwait Investment Co., on May 26, 2023.
The sides met to discuss various matters related to bolstering economic diplomacy. The focus of the meeting revolved around attracting Kuwaiti investments and technologies to Uzbekistan, with the aim of promoting active economic cooperation.
During the meeting, both parties explored the potential for implementing investment projects across multiple sectors in Uzbekistan, including industry, construction, energy, agriculture, and other relevant areas. The discussions centered on identifying promising opportunities for collaboration and evaluating the prospects of mutually beneficial ventures.
To agreement was reached to develop and coordinate a comprehensive plan of joint measures between Uzbekistan and Kuwait Investment Co.
This plan is designed to enhance cooperation and facilitate the implementation of various investment initiatives in Uzbekistan.
