BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 27. Minister of Energy of Kyrgyzstan Taalaibek Ibraev has shared data on the volume of Kyrgyz coal exports from January through September 2022 at the meeting of Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) on October 26, Trend reports citing Tazabek.kg.
According to Ibraev, the volume of coal exported from Kyrgyzstan in 9 months of this year amounted to 938,000 tons.
Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Energy informed that the price of one ton of coal ranges from $26 to $34.
Meanwhile, the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan reported that the coal and lignite extraction totaled 3.5 billion soms ($42.2 million).
