BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. Russian oil and gas companies may get an opportunity to develop in Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
Vagit Alekperov, a member of the Bureau of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, told reporters at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), Trend reports with reference to the Russian media.
"Today, all friendly countries are being studied, including Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, because this will be a "window" for us," noted Alekperov.
He noted that we are talking about offshore exploration blocks.
