BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 10. Uzbekneftegaz JSC put into operation a new gas pipeline with a length of 11.2 km and a diameter of 168 mm at the Yangi Alat field (country's Bukhara region), Trend reports via the company’s statement.
As a result of the commissioning of the pipeline, gas will be transferred from newly drilled wells to integrated gas treatment units and to the Mubarek plant (Kashkadarya region) for processing.
The Yangi Alat field is located in the Karakul district of the Bukhara region and was discovered in 2022 as part of Uzbekneftegaz’s program to increase hydrocarbon reserves.
