BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 24. Uzbekneftegaz JSC completed an overhaul at well No.59 of the Severny Berdak field (Republic of Karakalpakstan), Trend reports citing the press service of the company.
As a result of the work carried out, an industrial gas flow of 50,000 cubic meters of gas and 0.5 tons of gas condensate per day was obtained.
The Severny Berdak gas condensate field is located on the territory of the Muynak region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and was put into operation in 2006.
Previously, Uzbekneftegaz JSC completed repair and insulation work at well No.16 of the Doyakhotin field (country’s Bukhara region).
As a result of the work carried out, an industrial gas flow of 100,000 cubic meters of gas and 1 ton of gas condensate per day was obtained.
