BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 3. Kyrgyzstan's oil imports from Russia from January through March 2022 significantly increased compared to the same period of 2021, Trend reports via the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the committee, the total value of Russia's oil exports to Kyrgyzstan amounted to $108.4 million from January through March 2022, which is an increase of 52.8 percent compared to $70.9 million in the same period of 2021.
Russia's exports to Kyrgyzstan amounted to $484.4 million in the first quarter of 2022, which is an increase of 26.7 percent compared to $382.2 million.
While the total value of trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Russia amounted to $573.1 million from January through March 2022 - an increase of 21.3 percent compared to $472 million in the same period of 2021.
