BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 5. SOCAR Energy Ukraine, subsidiary of Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR, has supplied a total of 133 672 kilograms of fuel for humanitarian needs since end-February 2022 up until now, the company told Trend.
“In particular, we provided fuel for ambulances and vehicles of social services for free,” said the company.
Earlier, SOCAR Energy Ukraine said it continues supplying high-quality European fuel.
“The company works in a regular mode. We have worked out additional instructions for the staff in case of air-raid alert. Ensuring free refueling of special vehicle, i.e. ambulances and vehicle of Ukraine’s State Emergency Service is our priority. Logistical chains have changed, but we continue supplying European fuel of high quality,” said SOCAR Energy Ukraine.
The company had to postpone some of its projects, in particular, construction of new filling stations.
“But we are sure that it is temporary and next year we will implement our plans,” said SOCAR Energy Ukraine.
SOCAR Energy Ukraine, which was established in December 2009, is focused on wholesale and retail sale of petroleum products, wholesale of natural gas and aviation fuel.
