BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. Uzbekistan exported 21,978 tons of table grapes to the Russian Udmurt Republic in October 2022, Trend reports via Russian Rosselkhoznadzor Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.
In total, since the beginning of 2022, 21.5 tons of white cabbages, 20.32 tons of fresh tomatoes, 221.5 tons of watermelons, and 65.578 tons of grapes have been imported to the Udmurt Republic from Uzbekistan.
Rosselkhoznadzor is a federal executive body carrying out functions on control and supervision in the veterinary field: establishment and lifting of phytosanitary quarantine zones, control of pesticide and agrochemical application, maintenance of soil fertility, cultivation achievements, protection, reproduction and use of animal objects and aquatic biological resources, and protection of humans from animal infectious diseases.
