BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 16. Kyrgyzstan's cement exports to Uzbekistan declined from January through July 2022, Trend reports with reference to the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the committee, the value of cement exports from Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan in 8 months of this year decreased by 29 percent over the same period in 2021 ($22 million) - to $15.6 million.
Overall, Kyrgyzstan exported goods to Uzbekistan worth $118.6 million, which is an increase of 11.7 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2021 ($106.1 million).
Meanwhile, the trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in 8 months of this year increased by 9.4 percent compared to the same period of last year ($276.8 million) - up to $302.9 million.
