BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 19. Citizens of Germany purchased 2,358 units of real estate property in Türkiye in 2022, which is 347 more than in 2021, the Turkish Land Registry and Cadastre told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
Citizens of Germany bought 212 real estate properties in Türkiye in December 2022, which is 84 less than in the same month of 2021.
A total of 1,486,622 real estate objects were sold in Türkiye in 2022, which is 0.4 percent less than in 2021.
In addition, a total of 67,490 properties were sold to foreigners in Türkiye, which is 15.1 percent less than in 2021.
