BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 16. A Meeting of Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan has begun in Tbilisi, the Azerbaijani ministry said on Twitter, Trend reports.
This is the first meeting of the ministers.
